1. Request for Refund

  • Return & Refund requests must be made within 7 days after parcel received.
  • Post back the parcel within 3 days once confirm the return & refund request.
  • Return postage will be fully bear by customer for non-defect items.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories and packaging.
  • Product(s) with damaged, defective other than manufacturing defective, or soiled will not be accepted.
  • Please note that promotional product is not allowed for return & refund.

2. Review Process

  • Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the refund eligibility criteria.

3. Refund Method

  • All refunds will be processed via Online Banking. Please let us know your bank account details when requested by us.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund processing will take 7-14 working days after the request is approved.
