1. Request for Refund
- Return & Refund requests must be made within 7 days after parcel received.
- Post back the parcel within 3 days once confirm the return & refund request.
- Return postage will be fully bear by customer for non-defect items.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories and packaging.
- Product(s) with damaged, defective other than manufacturing defective, or soiled will not be accepted.
- Please note that promotional product is not allowed for return & refund.
2. Review Process
- Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the refund eligibility criteria.
3. Refund Method
- All refunds will be processed via Online Banking. Please let us know your bank account details when requested by us.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Refund processing will take 7-14 working days after the request is approved.

- Any damage occur due to inappropriate packaging during return will not allowed for refund.
